The Baehr Challenge
Passion Project:

The Baehr Challenge

About the Project

Brian Baehr is a man living with Parkinson’s who has a passion for health and fitness. Along with his son, he started the Baehr Challenge as a grassroots effort that directly advocates for people with Parkinson’s and raises money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. The organization is known for its annual event, the Baehr Challenge, an obstacle course designed for all fitness levels and all ages to ensure individuals, families and people with Parkinson’s can participate and make an impact.

After ten successful years, the pandemic forced the Baehr Challenge to adopt a virtual experience this year. The Challenge will include a variety of ways to get involved remotely, including tailored exercises to help people living with Parkinson’s remain active.
